Hi everyone! 

The Stingrays are going to Cary City! Cary City is a huge swim meet for all of the teams in the TSA Southern Division. It’s a day full of fun, fast swimming, and a another chance to swim personal best times! Cary City will take place on Saturday, July 16th at Scottish Hills.

If your swimmer is going to swim in the Cary City meet please go into Swimtopia and declare your swimmer by Wednesday, July 6th. If you are not going to Cary City, no action is needed. 

It will cost $6 for each individual event per swimmer and $3 for relays. We will not know until later next week if we have enough swimmers to do relays.  Please bring cash to swim practice by Thursday, July 7th. 

Additional Information: 

The first session for the 10 and unders will begin at 7 am and conclude around 12:30pm. Session two for the 11 and ups will begin at 1 pm and conclude at 7:30 pm.

6 & Unders:

• You will have to swim the full length of the pool (25 yards)
• You can swim up to two strokes (freestyle and/or backstroke)

7 & Ups:

• You can swim up to three strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or fly)
• Possibility for relays - depends on numbers
