Stingray News
Hi Stingrays,
CONGRATULATIONS, we got our first win! As a team, we had a 37% improvement, with a total of 60 times improved (more than our number of 54 swimmers) which is exciting to see. We are so proud of everyone and all of their hard work paying off!
Swimmers of the Week
Our first swimmer of the week is Audrey Eades. Audrey always brings her “A game” and gives 110% when it’s time to swim. In last night’s meet, she made up over half a pool length to win the girls 8 & under relay (shout out to relay team members Cecily, Serena & Scarlett), scoring 5 points for the Stingrays. Way to go, Audrey!
Our next swimmer of the week is Ethan Hussey! Ethan is an encouraging teammate, and can be seen cheering on the Stingrays. In last night’s meet he set personal best in not one, not two but THREE strokes (and scored 15 points), showing his hard work in the pool is paying off. Congrats, Ethan!
