Wednesday, July 5th Swim Meet: Please read!
Hey Stingrays! Happy Friday!
Don't forget we have our meet on Wednesday, July 5th. Please declare if your child is going to be swimming or not swimming by Sunday, July 2nd at 12:00 pm.
This week, we will only need 3 timers. As of now, we have one. Please sign up to be a timer. We appreciate everyone's help. Plan to arrive at 5:00 at the Oxford Hunt pool.

Hello Reserve! I'm the TSA Rep for next Wednesday where you'll swim the Oxxford Hunt Swampfoxxes, and we are excited to host your team! Here is some information about us, and about meet day:

Directions:
| From Cary Parkway and Kildaire Farm Road: Take Cary Parkway exit off of Rt. 1 south/Rt. 64 west; Bear Right onto Cary Parkway; Continue on Cary Pkwy. approx. 4 miles; Once you cross the train tracks at Old Apex Rd.; Make your 3rd right onto W. Chatham St.; Continue on W. Chatham St. approx. 1 mile; Turn Left onto Fallsworth Dr and go to end. Pool is at the end of Fallsworth Dr. |
Parking: We ask our Oxxford Hunt families to walk/drop off/carpool to leave as many spaces as possible for you all. We have very limited parking, so please use the spaces in the main lot and along one side of the road along Fallsworth Drive (street the pool is on) and Norham Drive (street nearest the pool). 'No Parking' signs will be placed to remind families the correct side to park. There is no parking on the grass, and tags must be displayed for disabled spaces.
Deck Space: Upon entry, the visiting team turns right to enter the deep-end side of the pool, and adjacent to lane 6. There are a large number of stacked white chairs along the back fence to use if needed. There is one large permanent tent on deck and plenty of room to bring other tents if you would like. That is the sunny side of the pool!
Food and concessions: On meet day we offer special food items:

Our Swamp Shack concession has drinks, snacks, frozen treats, pretzels, popcorn, corn dogs and assortments of candy as well. Please have cash on hand for purchases if possible. We have the option to pay with Square using $10.00 increments. You can buy as many as you'd like.
