Hi everyone, 

If your swimmer(s) would like to swim Cary City, the deadline to register is tomorrow, July 5th! Please go into swimtopia and select the strokes your swimmer would like to swim. Please reach out with any questions. 

We will have a light pre-meet practice for all age groups tomorrow morning from 9-10am. 

6&unders:  9-9:30am 

7&ups (including 11&ups): 9-10am

Also, with this warmer please be sure bring water bottles to practice to stay hyrdated.
