Good Morning! 

Happy meet day everyone! Just a few quick reminders: 

- The theme for tonight is stingray pride!

- Please be at Bella Casa at 5:15 so that we are ready to hop in the water for warmups at 5:30

- There will be a coaches and parent relay so any parents that’s would like to participate, please wear your suits! We will need 4 parents! 

- Bring lawn chairs and blankets to ensure that there is enough seating for your families

- There will be concessions but please bring plenty of water to stay hydrated, it’s a hot one today!
