Dear Stingrays,

We have an exciting opportunity for our swimmers this week! RSA (Raleigh Swimming Association) has offered a special stroke skills clinic for our swimmers this Wednesday, 6/26 from 5-7 PM. Each age group will have a short session with a coach from RSA as detailed below. I apologize for the short notice, but we want to give swimmers the chance to participate in the skills clinic with some time left in the season to apply what we learn. You do not need to sign up or register, but if you have any questions, please reach out to Clay or Kellie.

Session times

6 & under: 5:00-5:30 PM

7-10: 5:30-6:15 PM

11 & up: 6:15-7:00 PM
