Heeey Stingrays,

It's time to have some fun! If your swimmer is 11 years old or older, and wants to attend the team trip to Wet 'n' Wild water park, please complete the below form no later than Friday of this week. The trip is scheduled for Wednesday, July 16th.

Parents, we still need volunteers to chaperone and to drive. I am requesting that everyone provide written permission for their kids to participate in this activity via the form. If your kid needs a ride, please indicate this on the form as it will help us plan accordingly. Thank you and let me know if you have any questions!
