Dear all,

IMPORTANT: The swim meet will resume tomorrow, July 8th at our pool at 6:00. Same schedule for warm-ups and everything. We need 2 things from everyone:

1) RSVP for tomorrow ASAP: This looks different from normal meet declarations. Use this link to let the coaches know if your swimmer can come or not. Do not wait until tomorrow, please RSVP now.

2) Volunteer signup: We need volunteers tomorrow. I know it's really, really inconvenient, but we made the right call based on the weather and prioritizing safety. By league rules, we have the rescheduled meet the following day and if we don't have enough volunteers, we cannot run the meet. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.

Finally, we are aware that not everyone will make it back to the pool tomorrow. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience, but safety comes first. We will do the best that we can with the families that are able to make it. Thank you for your patience as we sort through the weather challenges.
